DescriptionAn Import Licence is required to import any goods into Jamaica. Any goods imported in breach of such prohibition shall be deemed to be prohibited goods within the meaning of the Customs Act, which have been imported contrary to the prohibition against their importation, and the provisions of section 210 of the said Act shall apply accordingly.
CommentsAn import licence must be attained by anyone wishing to import any of the listed commodities into Jamaica prior to the importation of that commodity.
